この車くるまは中古ちゅうこですが、とても状態じょうたいがいいです。

This car is second-hand, but it is in very good condition.

祖父そふは入院にゅういんしていて、危険きけんな状態じょうたいです。
My grandfather is hospitalized and in critical condition.

この寺てらは古ふるいですが、完全かんぜんな状態じょうたいで残のこっています。

[Examples] 
この国くにの経済けいざいの状況じょうきょうは悲惨ひさんなものです。

The economic situation of this country is disastrous.

あのときの事故じこの状況じょうきょうはひどいものでした。
The situation of the accident at that time was terrible.

この道みちの状況じょうきょうでは東京とうきょうに着つくのは夜よるになりそうです。

With the current road conditions, it seems we will arrive in Tokyo at night.
