About Group Lessons

The duration of group lessons varies depending on the lesson
The minimum number of participants required for a group lesson is 2
If reservations do not reach 2 participants, the lesson will not be conducted
If a booked lesson is canceled, a notification email will be sent
The maximum number of participants for a group lesson varies depending on the lesson, so please check the page for each lesson for details
The Zoom link for each lesson will be included in the confirmation email upon booking
You can also check the Zoom link for each lesson from the Customer Panel
Please access the Zoom URL at the scheduled start time of the lesson
Cancellations or changes are requested to be made 12 hours prior to the booked time
No cancellations or refunds will be processed within 12 hours of the booked time
If you have questions about the lesson content or tutor before the group lesson, we recommend taking a trial lesson with the tutor
Trial lessons are 25 minutes
Trial lessons can be booked once per tutor

Please note that refunds or cancellations due to customer’s circumstances cannot be accepted after the purchase of lesson tickets
For lessons canceled due to not meeting the minimum required number of participants, a coupon for the same amount as your payment will be issued, which you can use for your next booking
If students do not show up within 5 minutes after the start of the class, the teacher will consider the student absent from class, and there is no refund or rescheduling available
